- Provide support for user acceptance testing and fix issues/defects identified during the user acceptance testing whenever required.
- Fix production issues/defects on an on-going basis.
- Document application knowledge on an on-going basis.
- Training team on Brokasure and related interfaces
- Maintain high standard customer support and responsible to maintain team SLA more than 95%
